Meet The Founder

Hi I’m Jessica Chmielewski, therapist and founder of Women’s Wellness Therapist. I created Women’s Wellness Therapy because I saw how many women were silently carrying overwhelming stress, anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion while still trying to hold everything together for everyone else. I wanted to create a space where women could feel genuinely supported, understood, and able to focus on themselves without judgment.

With over a decade of clinical experience across hospital systems, women’s health settings, and private practice, I developed an approach to therapy that is compassionate, evidence-based and thoughtfully tailored

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and actionable — helping clients gain insight, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT while tailoring therapy to each individual woman’s needs and experiences.

What makes this practice different from other practices in Boston, is the balance of compassion and real-life practicality. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and successful on the outside, yet internally struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels grounded, personalized, and genuinely empowerment.

I understand how important it is to find a practice with services you can truly trust, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Our vision is to provide gentle and nurturing health and wellness services to clients, empowering them to find balance and resilience in their health journey and recovery while navigating the pressures of modern-day society.

At WWT, we offer a space for women to participate in talk therapy and access a wealth of women’s specific resources in the greater Boston area. To keep up with the modern female, we offer virtual therapy sessions or in-person therapy- depending on your preference!
