Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Jessica Ann Chmielewski, LICSW, founder of Women’s Wellness Therapy. I’m a clinical therapist dedicated to supporting women as they navigate the complexities and transitions of adulthood. Since beginning my clinical practice in 2013, I’ve been committed to helping women access meaningful, supportive therapy and develop the tools needed to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet internally navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or uncertainty about the next chapter. My approach incorporates clinical strategies with a collaborative and compassionate style, helping clients move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
Our vision is to provide gentle and nurturing health and wellness services to clients, empowering them to find balance and resilience in their health journey and recovery while navigating the pressures of modern-day society.
At WWT, we offer a space for women to participate in talk therapy and access a wealth of women’s specific resources in the greater Boston area. To keep up with the modern female, we offer virtual therapy sessions or in-person therapy- depending on your preference!
Our Vision
Our Mission
To provide personalized individualized talk therapy experiences unique to the female experience. As a female today, we are consistently faced with the external pressures of life transitions, mood management, social relationships, family, career, health, and self-esteem.
We prioritize providing quality care that is representative of your core values, needs, confidence, and growth. At WWT, we incorporate empirical psychological modalities that is individually inspirited.
