Professional Counseling
Outpatient Therapy involves meeting with a licensed therapist at a schedule and frequency tailored to your individual mental health needs and current life stressors. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are conducted through a secure, HIPPAA-compliant platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
