Do you accept insurance?
I work with a limited number of insurance companies and also offer private pay options. My private pay rate is $200 per session. I’m also able to provide clients with a superbill to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement .
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt of services provided that you can provide your insurance company to seek your out of network benefits.
Will therapy work for me?
Therapy is an incredibly tailored unique journey and powerful tool. At WWT, I am proud to break the stigma and normalize women seeking mental health support for all identified life needs. From your first intake session, I will work with you to identify your core values, emotional needs and goals.
How often are sessions?
Again, I personalize and base your care plan off of your unique needs. I see clients weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Together, we will work to determine your schedule. It is important to note that everyone’s experience will be different and my main priority is for you to maintain stability, emotional wellbeing, and remain solution focused.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations or missed appointments that are not related to an emergency or urgent circumstance will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
How do you conduct sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes in total. Right now, I am conducting sessions virtually. Virtual care offers the flexibility to fit therapy into the busy demands of your life.
How does confidentiality work?
It’s the Vegas rule here! We keep things between us, unless there is serious risk or concern. I will send you a confidentiality agreement to sign before our first appointment.
