Come as you are
My Approach
You don't have to have everything figured out.
Whether I am supporting a therapy client or a fellow clinician, my approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and honest conversation. I create space for people to slow down, better understand what they are experiencing, and determine what they need next.
I am not here to offer a rigid formula or expect perfection. I am here to meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, and help you move toward a life or career that feels more sustainable and aligned.
❋ Compassion
You deserve a space where your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and understanding.
❋ Authenticity
Real growth begins when you have the freedom to be honest about where you are and what you need.
❋ Collaboration
You are the expert on your own life and work. My role is to support you as we explore the way forward together.
❋ Sustainability
Change should support your well-being. We will focus on progress that feels realistic, intentional, and built to last.
A Note from Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica Chmielewski, LICSW, therapist and founder of Women’s Wellness Therapy. I created Women’s Wellness Therapy because I believe every woman deserves a safe, supportive space where seeking mental health care feels normal, empowering, and free of judgment. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, imposter syndrome, grief, and emotional exhaustion—often while carrying life’s complexities.
With over a decade of clinical experience across hospital systems, women’s health settings, and private practice, I developed an approach to therapy that is compassionate, evidence-based and thoughtfully tailored.
I understand how important it is to find a practice with services you can trust, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Outside of the Office…
You can usually find me with a coffee or my Kindle, practicing yoga, relaxing by the beach, or planning my next trip. I consider travel a form of self-care and always have another destination in mind. Taylor Swift and Lana Del Rey are frequently playing in the background, and I am a passionate advocate for women’s health and normalizing the decision to seek support.
Thank you for being here!
Xx, Jessica
