Grow your practice with intention.

Therapists deserve thoughtful guidance as they grow, too. We offer private practice coaching and clinical consultation to help fellow clinicians move through challenges, make confident decisions, and build careers that feel both fulfilling and sustainable.

SERVICES FOR THERAPISTS

I’m Jessica, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience across hospital systems, emergency behavioral health, women’s health, and private practice.

I created Women’s Wellness Therapy to provide thoughtful care for women, but my work has also shown me how deeply therapists need spaces of their own. I’m passionate about helping fellow clinicians build sustainable, fulfilling careers rooted in authenticity rather than perfection.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of clinical work and practice ownership.
